( Email 10 ) Launch Day

Chill out. You will find a mistake today. You will find a misspelled word. No you are not a failure. No this project wasn’t a waste of time….

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, today is your day. You have hit the deadline of your goal and now it is time to launch it.

Today is a day that you can see your work in action, and no matter what, win or learn, you will be that much stronger and wiser when you launch another goal again.

Launch Day Checklist

Pre-Launch

  • Set a date and time for you launch and STICK TO IT. Plan your date to launch your goal and work backwards.
  • Create a marketing plan for your launch.
  • Get your social media platforms organized and engaged BEFORE the launch. It’s hard and disingenunious  to try to engage with people on the same day that you launch.
  • Consider even getting your audience involved in your project and let them follow your process. This will engage them WAY before your launch.
  • Check out fiverr and use picmonkey.com to get your designs ready for the day or hire someone to get your marketing pieces designed.
  • Get test your emails, make sure that all of your links are going to the right place.
  • Make sure that you payment plan is in place. There is nothing worse than getting someone to the point of purchasing and your system isn’t working properly ( we’ve all been there- it’s not fun)
  • Put a system in place so that you can check the numbers of your launch. Like Google analytics, or a measuring tools. I love to use Google URL Shortener so that I can see how many people clicked a link and from where. Put this in place before the launch so that you can see your numbers in real time.
  • Find partners to help you. You are great alone but a movement when you have a team.
  • Consider giving a few of your item away for free so with the promise that they will check for errors, test all links and give you feedback.

Launch Day

  • Re-check all links, grammar and your cart
  • Check all of your social media channels and add your goal launch
  • Engage with your audience through social media channels and make sure they are aware of why you launch your goal is important to their lives
  • Call your accountability partner
  • Revisit your WHY list and understand that now is the time, today is the day and that you CAN and SHOULD launch your product, service or goal
  • The things that you planned to do throughout this course, remember how powerful you felt when you cleared the clutter and wrote them down? Remember this and don’t pause your launch.
  • Check your analytics and make any changes that you can throughout the day.

Post Launch

  • CELEBRATE!!
  • Don’t forget step one. I always forget that one. But do you know, that each time you tick something off your list, you are just THAT MUCH MORE POWERFUL the next time you need to launch a goal. S do take the time and give yourself a pat. You are that much closer to the person that you’ve always dreamt you’d be.
  • Get your reviews and add them to your
  • Measure your results.
  • Make adjustments.
  • Hit it AGAIN.

Here are a few things to keep in mind on launch day:

  • We are ALL scared to get out there, put out our thoughts and information. We all get anxious, but you should STILL launch your goal.
  • ONLY by launching your goal do you give yourself a fair shot at measuring and understanding what to do for the next one, what to change and what you could have done better. If you never pull the trigger- you will ALWAYS be in the same place of never knowing what works for your business and what doesn’t.

CEOS, I hope that you got A LOT of use out of this course. I really wanted you to leave these pages feeling lighter, feeling like you don’t have to be burdened by worry or fear and that you CAN truly release all of those dreams and goals burning in your belly.

I wanted you to leave me feeling POWERFUL. I hope I accomplished just that.

If you could, please leave me feedback under this post AND on Instagram or Twitter and use the hashtag #GSProCourse.
